The day after the Spurs clinched the 2018 playoffs, the equipment manager asked for fifteen pairs of Fiesta-colorway throwbacks by Friday — to match the retro warm-ups for the Warriors series. Jake picked up the shoes Thursday morning and the crew worked eighteen straight hours, delivering eighteen pairs (Manu, Danny Green, and Rudy Gay wanted extras). A customized Tim Duncan pair was auctioned through Silver & Black Give Back.
